Booking & Payment Procedures
Tour packages can be requested online by submitting a booking form and selecting your preferred tour from our website, Reservations are strongly recommended to be made as early as possible, especially during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter, due to high demand and limited availability, If you wish to customize a tour according to your personal preferences, kindly send us your request by email. Our team will review it and respond as soon as all details are finalized, To confirm any booking, a copy of your passport and flight details may be required and should be sent via email upon request.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the tour or service booked and will be communicated accordingly.

Unused Services
We are not responsible for any unused services, including but not limited to tours, accommodation, transportation, or meals. No refunds will be issued for services that are not utilized.

Child Policy
Child policies may vary depending on the tour or trip selected. Please refer to the specific child policy and pricing details listed within each tour or trip page.

Our Responsibilities
We, along with our suppliers, continuously strive to enhance our itineraries and services. However, we reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or cruise ships when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements will always be of a similar standard. Your health and safety are our top priority. We follow internationally recognized health and safety guidelines and apply necessary precautions to ensure a safe and stress-free travel experience.

Tour Prices
Included:
Only the services and items explicitly mentioned in the tour package or daily trip description.
Excluded:
Travel or medical insurance
Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, tips, beverages, etc.)
Domestic flights unless stated otherwise
International flights
Departure taxes (if applicable)
Entry visas unless otherwise specified
Special equipment such as fishing tackle
New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner (December 31st)
Any increase in entrance fees or government-imposed taxes introduced after booking

Flight Changes & Delays
Airline schedule changes or delays are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
In the event of a delay or cancellation, the airline alone determines the procedures, compensation, or amenities provided.
Travelers are bound by the airline’s ticket terms, which constitute a separate contract between the traveler and the airline.
Travelers should inform us immediately in case of flight delays or cancellations so that we may assist where possible.
Please note: We do not arrange international flights. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights.

Hotels
We reserve the right to replace hotels without prior notice if circumstances require.
Any alternative accommodation will be of a similar category and standard.
Hotel ratings and accommodation levels in Egypt may differ slightly from Western standards.

Nile Cruises
Nile cruise itineraries may be subject to change without prior notice due to navigational or operational conditions.
Changes may affect the order of visits but not the destinations themselves. We are not liable for such adjustments.

Liability Disclaimer
While we carefully select our suppliers, we do not directly control them and cannot be held responsible for their acts or omissions.
We are not liable for any claims, losses, damages, delays, injuries, or inconveniences resulting from:
Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
Mechanical failures, governmental actions, weather conditions, or natural events
Accidents, vandalism, theft, or personal injury

Complaints
If you encounter any issues during your stay, please inform your tour guide, tour leader, or our representative immediately.
Most issues can be resolved promptly when reported on the spot.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
Insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, travel interruption, and loss or damage to personal belongings.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all passport, visa, and health requirements are met prior to travel.
Failure to comply may result in additional costs, for which the traveler is solely responsible.
Travelers must ensure timely check-in for flights and participation in all booked services. We are not liable for any loss resulting from failure to do so.
